Known for her role as Kitty Forman in one of the longest running sitcom entitled That 70’s Show, the American veteran actress was born on February 24, 1951. Born in Glendale, California, Debra was raised in Boxford, Massachusetts.

In 1979, Debra left her hometown to pursue a career in acting and went to New York City. She first tried appearing on commercials and acting on stage play before she landed on her first role on television as a topless dancer named Sheila in the daytime drama entitled All My Children.

Her performance as a topless dancer is a winning role. Since then, projects for television, movies and stage plays kept on coming to her. Now, she plays the role of Vicky Putney in the new romantic comedy show entitled Better With You.
